Huge shout out to Mike — absolutely brilliant work. He took the time to really educate us on the ins and outs of the root causes of our pest issue and gave practical advice on how we can better manage it moving forward.
On top of that, he was super friendly, easy to talk to, and just an all-around great guy. Made the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a proper job and helping people, not just getting in and out.

I had a great experience with this pest control company. They were super responsive - got back to me straight away and booked a full spray for cockroaches and spiders within a few days, even during the holiday period! When we had heavy rain I noticed a couple of spiders inside, they came back under warranty and sprayed again for free. Very professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. Great value for money, and I’ll definitely use them again for next year’s annual pest control.

Mason was really thorough, polite and did an excellent job.
Have used these guys twice - once for rodent and once for cockroaches. Both times they were available to help in a good timeframe, clearly explained the process and has been successful. Would definitely recommend and use again if ever required.

Great experience. Very knowledgeable technician (Sam) answered every question I had regarding what chemicals and treatments he was using, exactly why these are pet and child friendly instead of just being told “pet and child friendly”, was reassuring.

Sam from Pest Power was excellent. Super friendly, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the type of pests we were dealing with, walked me through the treatment process, and answered questions without rushing or talking in circles. The job was done thoroughly and properly, not a half-hearted spray-and-go. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable compared to others I contacted. If you want someone who knows their stuff and actually cares about doing the job right, ask for Sam.

Sam did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and personable, and he took the time to explain each step of the process so we knew exactly what to expect. I showed him videos of our issues and he was able to recognise the requirements immediately. I called the company at the last minute to clear a final inspection from a real estate agency. Mac was very accommodating as I had used the company previously. Whilst I am in the east I wasn’t happy with the prices I had received quotes for - noting there had only been a few cockroaches found in the dishwasher.
Sam attended the next day. He was extremely professional polite and efficient. An absolute pleasure to deal with in terms of customer experience and understanding the time constraints I had. As a lawyer I am always impressed when there is professional standards and courtesy maintained in the any commercial transaction. I experienced all of these. I will only use Pest Power in future I have indeed recommended them to my family and friends.
