I called the company at the last minute to clear a final inspection from a real estate agency. Mac was very accommodating as I had used the company previously. Whilst I am in the east I wasn’t happy with the prices I had received quotes for - noting there had only been a few cockroaches found in the dishwasher.
Sam attended the next day. He was extremely professional polite and efficient. An absolute pleasure to deal with in terms of customer experience and understanding the time constraints I had. As a lawyer I am always impressed when there is professional standards and courtesy maintained in the any commercial transaction. I experienced all of these.
