Mac Naji

Mac Naji is the founder of Pest Power Sydney, and its lead pest control technician and termite treatment specialist.

Mac spent seven years working for some of the largest pest control companies in Sydney before starting Pest Power. What he saw in those years is the reason the business exists. Jobs were scheduled too tightly to be done properly, treatments were cut back to protect margin, and customers were left chasing a return visit they had already paid for. He wanted to run it the other way round: fewer jobs in a day, done thoroughly, by someone whose name is on the result.

Pest Power Sydney now works across the Eastern Suburbs, the Inner West and the CBD. In its first year it has grown into one of the largest independent owner-operator pest control businesses in those areas, with a 5.0 rating from more than 320 Google reviews. Customers regularly single out the thorough inspection and the six month warranty, and many name their technician by name.

Mac still attends jobs himself, and termite work in particular. The advice published here comes from what he and his technicians actually find in Sydney roof voids, subfloors, terraces and apartment blocks, rather than general guidance reprinted from overseas sources.
